One of the main differences that sets the professional athletes apart from everyone else is the time they get for recovery. After a long and/or hard training session most of you have to go to work, go do the shopping, take the children to school so never really just relax and let your body completely recover afterwards
Well on our cycling training camp you get that time to relax. You can go out and train as hard or as long as you want and do so knowing that after the session you can go back to your hotel room and relax in the spa/sauna, take a bath, sleep and let your body prepare itself ready for the next session.
The itinerary for the week is up to you with a selection of groups to join each morning covering different distances at different speeds and catering for ALL abilities. We do guarantee that every day and every ride is as much fun as it is hard work. The emphasis of the training holiday is to enjoy the opportunity to cycle with other athletes, to make new friends and get a week of quality cycling in without the stresses and strains of everyday life.
Training at our Kalamata camp not only offers you a first class service and instruction but some of the best conditions throughout the year to train in. The roads here are ideal for this type of cycling and of course our hill climbs are testing to say the least.
Training camps are all year round, we offer from basic packages to the 5 star pro team package. We have tailored the options so everyone is welcome even on a budget we have something for you. Our routes are specifically chosen by our own elite road advisor to meet all levels of cyclist. Our advisor personally travels in the support vehicle to assure things run to a high standard and of course to offer advice on technique to get the highest possible performance and ride whilst you are here.
